The average American diet consists of lots of convenience foods high in calories and low in nutritional values. The result is vague health complaints called “subclinical” or marginal deficiencies. Do any of these seem familiar to you?
Nervousness, listlessness, recurring minor infections, general aches and pains, difficulty concentrating, irritability, depression, muscle weakness, fatigue, insomnia, and just not feeling right.
Taking a vitamin and mineral nutritional supplement will help to prevent these conditions. If you are now suffering from any similar complaints, there are herbal remedies to put things right. I can personally attest to their success in correcting conditions such as those mentioned above.
