nutritional-supplements.jpgFor the past 50 years, most of the medical establishment has denied that we need any vitamin/mineral supplements.  Now, that has changed!   Both the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association have reversed their opinions on that subject.  They have concluded that we don’t get the opimal amount of  all vitamins by diet alone, which leads to the onset of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, cancer and osteoporosis. 

I’ve been taking nutritional supplements since the early seventies and feel confident that it has protected me from a variety of health problems.

I can give you a list of 22 reasons why we don’t get the vitamins and minerals we need from diet alone.
